Children found abandoned, orphaned, or separated from families represent some of the most vulnerable individuals Apna Ghar serves. Many arrive severely malnourished, ill, or traumatized. Our Children's Homes provide immediate safety, followed by holistic development support.
At Bharatpur headquarters, 230+ children live in separate homes for boys and girls. Each child receives schooling (at our onsite Upper Primary School), four nutritious meals daily, healthcare, play activities, and most importantly — the experience of being genuinely cared for.
All children attend Apna Ghar Upper Primary School (up to 8th standard). Smart classes, computer lab, library, and extracurricular activities.
Four meals daily with age-appropriate nutrition. Milk, fruits, protein supplements, and special diets for health conditions.
Regular health checkups, vaccinations, dental and eye care. Specialist referrals and hospital partnerships for complex conditions.
