Apna Ghar School

Some of the female Prabhuji rescued by the organization are generally left by their families on religious and other places due to mentally or various other critical illnesses. On roadside they generally get exploited, due to which they become pregnant or they part from their families in the pregnant condition. Apna Ghar Ashram has special arrangement in form of CHILDREN HOME, for those children who are generally admitted with their mother or born here from these pregnant mothers. Due to lack of care, medication, and vaccination, most of the children are born premature or underweight. So additional nutrition and support is provided to these children. Due to physically and mentally disability more than 50% of the mothers are not able to take care of their children. More than 230 children are residing in the children home running by the Ashram at present. To secure the future of these children, the main three focus area of the organization is to provide them ‘SHIKSHA, SWASTHYA avam SANSKAAR’ (PROPER EDUCATION, GOOD HEALTH, AND SACRAMENT) so that they can easily face the challenges of life and can fulfill their dreams as per their wish.

EDUCATION could be game changer for these children therefor initially these children were being sent to different public schools of Bharatpur. But the educational expenses including school fee, transportation etc. was mounting as the number of school going children is more than 150. Keeping this in focus, the organization has taken first step by establishing a school up to the 8th Standard for these children. In this day boarding school of Apna Ghar, there is a proper arrangement for the education of the children of the ashram as well as the children of the ashram staff. Along with classrooms, School has arrangements for Computer Lab, Smart Classes, Bedding arrangement for children of junior classes, Playgrounds, Sports Equipments, Library, Activity Hall, Pantry, Dining Hall etc. For providing better education 13 teachers are deputed in the school on 209 students. The facility of the school buses for these children is also available. Different activities like music, dance, drama, games etc. are also conducted for the students on regular basis in the school.

For better education of the students above 8th standard to 12th standard (10+2), education is still being providing in leading schools in the Bharatpur District of Rajasthan.

After 12th standard, the students also go through various competitive exams to get admitted in various colleges and universities for higher studies and professional courses. Currently some of the students are pursuing in B-TECH, BCA, GNM etc.
